He looks a bit cross

After all the tupperware hunting we did yesterday, I forgot to introduce you to Cartman – he was in one of the boxes and asked us to take him along for a lift to another exciting place, so we were happy to oblige. But he doesn’t like being indoors much. Perhaps that’s why he looks so cross?

Stick em up!

Today was lots of fun – this morning,  me and Leo went to the park with Caz to meet Alistair and Mr Duck. They were on a tupperware hunt and we took a ride in the bags. In one cache, we found the Pink Panther, all ready for a fight! So we each had a little go at karate with him. What fun! Then we all came home for tea and cake when it started raining.

Now what is in here?

I helped Caz today as we had to check out one of her geocaches which has gone walkabout and put another one in it’s place. This is the new pot which will be very hard to find when it’s in the wild. Now all we have to do is put a fresh log sheet inside, which is my job.

Enjoying the view

This evening we went for a lovely walk with Caz to find some tupperware near Writtle. Before we went home, Leo and I took the time to have a little sit down by the village pond, it’s very tranquil.

Big one landing

The silly weatherman said it was going to rain all day today, but Caz and Alistair decided to ignore him and go on a tupperware hunt anyway. Mr Duck came along with me and Leo and we watched the planes landing near the airport.

Wheeeee! We waved at the pilots as they zoomed over head.

Crossing the river

Mr Duck took me and Leo to Jesmond Dene this evening to find some tupperware. The trouble was, it took so long for Caz and Alistair to get their fingers out to come with us, that it was getting dark pretty quickly.

In the end, we did find a couple of caches, and then we had to find our way out of the park to get home again. This is us crossing the Ouseburn.

Sitting on the bridge

Caz took me out to look for some tupperware this evening and we stopped by this big old Mill at Battlesbridge. Apparently, it is now an Antiques centre with a lovely tea shop right along the top floor, which has fantastic views over the countryside. Now why didn’t she bring me when it was open? Boo!

This looks like a nice comfy cache

After a long week at work, Caz wanted to have a nice little walk this evening, so me and Leo persuaded her to take us tupperware hunting. We also took along Puppy who Caz picked up from her caching friend when we went to Suffolk last week.

He wants to travel around from box to box and meet lots of other geocachers, so we left him in this cache and he seemed quite comfy.

These waggon wheels are a bit tough!

After lots of meetings today, Caz took me and Leo on a little tupperware hunt in Tollesbury this evening, before we met up with some friends for a photowalk. We had to go through a farmyard, and we found these waggon wheels sitting by a fence. I thought waggon wheels were some sort of yummy choccy bikkie type thing? I think there’s something wrong with these – they are pretty tough!

It is a bit wet here!

After our fun day yesterday at Barcamp Blackpool, Caz and Alistair decided to take us to look for some Tupperware today. It was very very windy, and we had to take shelter by this waterfall while they went and did silly the stuff looking for a little pot. At least they took us to a nice tea room later! Most of the time, it was almost too windy for them to stand up, so we stayed tucked up nicely in the bag until we were asked to come out for a picture. Admiring the view

You would have thought, after all the hard work we did in the garden yesterday, that Caz would have put her feet up today. But instead, she took us on a 12-mile tupperware-hunting adventure! She was with lots of other geocachers who kept egging her on.

It was very hot, so we had to sit down and have a rest on this nice bench and look at the view. Eventually we made it back to the car, but Leo and me were glad we could hitch-hike most of the way in Caz’s bag, where at least we were out of the sun.

Lots of pretty buttercups

This afternoon, we persuaded Caz to take us out for a quick walk as the sun was shining. We found this lovely field full of pretty buttercups and decided to test the theory, which says that if you hold one under your chin and it glows yellow, you love butter!

I tried it on Leo and his chin appeared to be more golden than mine, so I think he’s the one who likes butter best. Oh, and we might have found a couple of tupperware boxes too. No point in wasting the trip, was there?

Where is this pesky cache?

We managed to go out and find some more geocaches today, but the first one we looked for was in a big wood. We didn’t get lost, but we didn’t find the tupperware box either. In the end, we let Caz and Alistair wander about aimlessly while me, Mr Duck and Leo sat on a tree stump and waited for them to give up their fruitless search.

Fresh air and sunshine

Caz was being very lazy today and was still in her PJ’s until after lunch! But I managed to persuade her to get dressed and take me and Leo out for a bit of tupperware hunting.

We had a lovely walk in the woods, but the cache was very hard to find. We decided to have a quick rest as our little legs were getting tired. Then we set off again and clever Caz eventually found the box.

Then we went home to put our feet up on the sofa, as it’s back to work again tomorrow.
