Admiring the view
You would have thought, after all the hard work we did in the garden yesterday, that Caz would have put her feet up today. But instead, she took us on a 12-mile tupperware-hunting adventure! She was with lots of other geocachers who kept egging her on.
It was very hot, so we had to sit down and have a rest on this nice bench and look at the view. Eventually we made it back to the car, but Leo and me were glad we could hitch-hike most of the way in Caz’s bag, where at least we were out of the sun.

Another skinny chap
It was our final day in Newcastle visiting Mr Duck, so we decided to do some tupperware hunting near to the Angel Of The North. It’s a very big sculpture standing on a hill. We went and said hello to his feet, but we felt a bit dwarfed by the size of him, so we thought perhaps we should stick with folks our own size.
Leo met another skinny skellington in a cache we found nearby. He looked a bit lonely, so we left him with a Lego Geocacher man which we brought up from Essex. I hope they get along, there’s not much room in that box…
After that, we had a nice cup of tea and said our goodbyes to Mr Duck before Caz drove us home. It was a horrid rainy trip, but we were tucked up nice and warm in the car!

Mr McFly takes a break
We helped Caz find some more geocaches today. And look who we met guarding one of the boxes!
Leo suggested we have our photo taken and Mr McFly was pleased to oblige.

Is it a church or a barn?
This is a very unusual little church in a place called Silver End. It has a thatched roof and really looks like it might be a barn! We found it this afternoon while I was out looking for a nearby geocache with Caz, on our way home from a meeting. Isn’t it sweet?

We love Geocaching
We went tupperware hunting with Caz today. This one had some clues to solve all about Australia which Caz cleverly did before we went out. Then we had the co-ordinates and found the box easily. There were some lovely goodies in the box, and we swapped some bits and pieces and left some more for the next cacher to find.

We found it first
We needed a break from rehearsals today and so decided to get some fresh air. We had a lovely day out at a geocaching event with Caz and Alistair. There were lots of new boxes to find and we got there first for one of them!
We were very excited and made sure Mr Duck signed the log for us all.

Left or right?
The morning after the night before, you know how it is. Not that myself, Mr Duck or Leo were badly behaved at all. Oh no, I’m talking about Caz and that Hippy who were staying. The lazy so-and-so’s didn’t get up very early, and complained like mad when we suggested a trip out in the sunshine.
Eventually, the lure of hunting tupperware in the wild spurred them on to get out of the house. But when we got closer to the cache, we had a problem. Which way now?
I came to the rescue and read the proper direction from the GPS which that geek Caz is too dippy to use sometimes!
