About ten seconds
Having got a bit confused yesterday, I thought today I would try answering the age-old question: How Long Is A Piece Of String?
I’m not sure why everyone is so keen on finding out. But it would seem that the answer is about ten seconds. Does that sound right?
About four inches
I learned lots of interesting things about maths and science yesterday, when we were at the Royal Observatory in Greenwich. Especially about measuring time and space. So today I thought I would put it into practice.
Caz was busy in her office, and I wanted to know how long til lunchtime, as my tummy was beginning to rumble. I found this handy little ruler and measured it to be about four inches. Somehow, that doesn’t seem right. I’m a bit confused now!
