Wave The Flag

Wave The Flag

There was lots of rugby on the telly today, and I enjoyed kicking a conversion a couple of weeks ago, so we sat with Caz while she watched England play Wales at Twickenham.

Leo knows the England mascot (who is also a Lion) and I liked the flags with the dragons on, but apparently they are the ones for the other team. We waved our English flag with pride when the big forwards scored a Try just before half time.

Caz did lots of shouting at the TV, but apparently that’s quite normal and nothing to worry about, she gets rather excited, especially when they win! Well done England.

Lining Up The Shot

Lining Up The Shot

Last night we stayed with friends of Caz, and this morning, before she was awake, I went for a little explore in our room. Look what I found – the perfect Dragon-sized rugby posts and ball!

I was very pleased as Caz likes rugby and she says it is a fun game. I have not played before because it looks a bit rough to me, but I decided to have a go at kicking the ball over the posts like that famous player Jonny Wilkinson.

I think I converted the try!
