I found a boomerang!

I found a boomerang!

We went for another walk today and I found this sycamore seed. It looks just like a boomerang, and I think me and Leo will have lots of fun with it.

Day 200 – The Poppy Crop

What a pretty colour

What a pretty colour

Caz was very busy at work today, so I was very good and kept out of her way during the day. In the evening, when it was nice and cool, she took me on a little walk in the fields nearby.

We saw lots of wheat which is looking ready for harvest – I’m looking forward to eating more Weetabix soon! We also saw these pretty poppies which seem to grow at the edge of the fields, so I thought I would have my picture taken with the flowers.

We have clovers

We have clovers

We went on a lovely walk today with Caz and her photographic friends.

It was very hot though, so we sat in the shade for a little rest and picked some clover. You can see me and Leo have a flower each!

Will they eat me?

Will they eat me?

This afternoon, it was nice and sunny so I went for a little walk with Caz on the way back from a meeting. All of a sudden, the Spring Daffodils have Sprung and have grown really H.U.G.E.

I was a bit scared they might try to eat me, but I got away with it.

Day 55 – A Walk In The Snowdrops

Pretty flowers

Pretty flowers

I hopped into Caz’s bag as she was going out today. The weather looked a bit better than yesterday so I thought I would risk it. I’m glad I did, because on the way home from our errand, we had a quick walk around a lovely churchyard and I saw these pretty flowers. The sun even came out to play with us for a bit as well!

Day 2 – Which Way Now?

Saturday, January 2nd, 2010

Left or right?

The morning after the night before, you know how it is. Not that myself, Mr Duck or Leo were badly behaved at all. Oh no, I’m talking about Caz and that Hippy who were staying. The lazy so-and-so’s didn’t get up very early, and complained like mad when we suggested a trip out in the sunshine.

Eventually, the lure of hunting tupperware in the wild spurred them on to get out of the house. But when we got closer to the cache, we had a problem. Which way now?

I came to the rescue and read the proper direction from the GPS which that geek Caz is too dippy to use sometimes!
